During my recent stay at Staryi Krakiv, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and landmarks. The included breakfast was also a highlight, offering a fair selection of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the bed in my room was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. I particularly appreciated the heated floor in the bathroom, which provided a cozy and warm atmosphere. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of separate hangers for coats, overall I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Staryi Krakiv. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and cleanliness.

Had a great time at the hotel, enjoyed the 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant was a bonus, loved trying traditional Ukrainian cuisine. , loved the history vibes and the convenient public parking.
Oh, and who doesn't love echoing noise in the enclosed yard and sleepless nights due to no AC? Fabulous.

Staryi Krakiv gave us great value for our money, with a character-filled room and attentive service from the staff. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown without the hassle of traffic.
The morning meal could be improved with more variety or options.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from the city center next to the Opera House and Staryi Krakiv. The most important - good location close to the Old Town. For tea or coffee visit Blum Cafe Room nearby.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room we had was number 8 and it was incredibly cozy and clean. The staff here are fabulous, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every little detail has been thought of, making our stay truly luxurious and comfortable. We can't wait to come back here on our next trip to this beautiful city!
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's in the heart of the city with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and warm, but relatively small. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find and not well-marked.

Spending Xmas here was a delightful experience. The warm atmosphere and friendly staff were great. Two of my favourite aspects were the comfortable room and the delicious breakfast. The location was central, with most attractions within a short walk. I also appreciated the cozy outdoor area, perfect for a cup of tea in the crisp winter air.
There were some negative aspects too. The walls in the hotel were very thin, and we could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfasts were delicious and made with care, ensuring we started our days off right. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom and shower, the overall value of the accommodation was excellent.
We felt completely satisfied and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.

I really enjoyed the cozy interior of the restaurant with its original forged products, interesting stained glass windows, and paintings of ancient Krakow. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel like I was experiencing the charm of Western Europe. The narrow streets equipped with paving stones added to the historic ambiance and made it easy for me as a senior woman to navigate around the hotel.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there to cater to the needs of senior guests.
